This was a body/lens package I rented for this particular job as back up to my trusty D800E.
yes, the D800E is a little crisper (you can only see this at 100% of course) when shooting stills but there is absolutely no difference when shooting video-the reason I got a second body.
funny thing is I found matching up D800E raw files with files from the D800 quite easy by changing the clarity setting in LR to -20
however, this doesn’t work the other way around, +20 clarity lacks the micro detail the D800e pulls out.
