That is actually easy to answer: great camera and lenses and if you have absolutely no interest in video, go for the Fuji system, however, if video is equally important to you, the A7 system is the way to go.

Any camera would benefit from IBIS. Esp if you are shooting video or prefer lower ISO.
I know many are hoping for an A7sII with IBIS, I don’t think it will happen. Hey, you never know, Sony might just surprise us and integrate IBIS in all future cameras :)
